The conservancy works with a unique constituency that has formed around this project— local civic groups representing area residents, environmental advocacy groups focused on the preservation of habitat areas in Houston, as well as local, regional and even national governmental management agencies—united around a shared interest in making the Willow Waterhole a model public park.
